  • All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message outlining the details of your reservation.

2.3. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a request is unsafe, unethical, or otherwise violates these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Accurate Information

3.3. Behavior in Vehicles

4. Pricing and Payment

  • If you fail to appear at the designated pickup location within a reasonable grace period, we may treat your reservation as a no-show and charge a no-show fee up to the full cost of the booking.
